Your card is: Five of Cups
Body: This card tends to point to the effects of stress on the body. Feeling at odds with yourself or a bit fatigued or overly tense. Take time to engage in activities that help you physically relieve stress such as meditation, gardening, or exercise to keep your health up. Mind: In this card the man is grieving and searching for something. He feels a little lost on his path, and unsure of whom he is or what he wants to do. He has likely suffered some form of loss that has left him feeling rather defeated also, and this can indicate a bit of emotional exhaustion or just wanting to rest for a bit before taking on anything new. This is a good time to release anything from the past you may be holding onto that may be draining to you. Spirit: This is a card of seeking and finding. After a period of disillusionment you are able to move forward in new directions. The bad habit this card represents are scattered emotions/thoughts and a tendency to not deal with things that are bothering you until they overwhelm you. Find a creative outlet for these pent up emotions and you’ll find your answers appear more easily to you and that you reestablish that deeper sense of connection with your source.
