Body: The Four of Cups speaks of a bout of the blues or just feeling a bit low energy or run down – not functioning at peak capacity. Take time to ensure you are getting all the nutrients you need and that you are getting plenty of restorative sleep/rest. Not a good time to take on anything strenuous until you feel more energetic.

Mind: In this card the man sits beneath the trees and seems very disheartened by the three spilled cups in front of him. He’s had a lot of disappointments and he is seeing only what he feels he has lost. He’s so caught up in these feelings of loss/limitation that he fails to see the hand of the Divine reaching out to him with an overflowing cup. Often when we pursue what we “think” is most practical etc, we lose a bit of ourselves by accepting situations that really don’t fulfill all of our needs.

Spirit: This card speaks of feeling a bit unfulfilled with your present choices. Perhaps too much focus on what you feel is "lost" prevents you from opening up to let the Universe guide you. This is a card of learning to let go of expectations and trust your higher power to help you correct the situation by providing you what you need.
