He carries a lot of responsibility as many people depend on him. this card can sometimes indicate that you may feel burdened with responsibilities and feel that you have to “prove yourself” or be all things to all people. Feelings of pressure can heighten anxieties in general. Great leaders are those who give themselves what they are in need of so that they can lead by example.

Spirit:The King of Wands is a card of determination, leadership, generosity and positive direction. The lessons this card offers are using your creativity, being open to new ideas/suggestions. It also indicates the ability to see something through from start to finish (and everything in between) Sometimes this king gets very caught up in ideas, but in the process can miss some of the details. This is a card that also tells you to be disciplined (but positive). This King speaks of following your passion and the fiery enthusiasm that comes with following that call from your spirit.
