Tarot Wisdom: Knight of Swords
Knights represent sudden change and activity. Swords are the suit of taking action and making a move. This card reminds us of the necessity to move on new opportunities and to view changes and sudden alterations of our path as progressive rather than as an obstruction. This card speaks of rewards for decisive action, but warns against impulsive "reactions". Set a goal and take actions on it, don't merely react to your immediate circumstances. Knight of Swords 1st Position: A period of sudden change and important actions being taken in love and/or career. 2nd Position: You see things are beginning to look up and are hoping it continues. Ambition and motivation return. 3rd Position: Unresolved issues from the past need to be cleared away, distrusting people, looking down on or judging people/situations unfairly 4th Position: You have the ability to get where you want to go, and the desire.. now you just have to have faith. Learn to let go of past disappointments and hurts and don’t let them color your opinions about your present situation. Move forward and don't let yourself lose steam without instant gratification. Persist. 5th Position: Get past your fears that stem from the problems of your past. Release them and let them go so you can see your way clear to get where you want to go now.
