In this card we see the woman with a falcon sitting upon her gloved hand. The falcon represents vision, and also freedom and motion. This queen reminds us our dreams need space to flourish, and we must get out of our own way to allow that to happen. This is a card of self-expression and reward for personal effort. We can only enjoy all the manna from heaven represented in the card when we allow ourselves the freedom to be who we are. Nine of Pentacles (Coins) 1st Position: Completion of the old and the arrival of the new, can indicate career change or promotion, being driven by a need to better current circumstances. A desire to take control and initiate change. 2nd Position: You want to move onto something new or into something better or different. A desire for change or feeling a need for freedom. 3rd Position: Indicates you may lack faith in yourself, not trusting your decisions. A period of feeling tied down to circumstances, a lack of direction in your life, or feeling no new opportunities are presenting themselves. 4th Position: Think things through and realize that the past is not a map of the future. If you want your circumstances to change, you will have to be willing to let your dreams take flight. Just like the falcon in the card, you have to have the freedom to move, but there also has to be guidance and a sense of direction before the flight. 5th Position: Learn to eliminate your weaknesses and work to promote yourself or further your position. If you want to reach your goals you have what it takes . Don't be afraid to cut ties and take chances. Allow yourself the freedom to express yourself and your world will be transformed. Prosperity embodies many things beyond just the material, it requires us to follow our dreams and respect our need for space and freedom.
