Time for honest communication. Often in life we wear masks, doing what we "think we should do" saying what we think other's want to hear, etc. Very few of us are 100% true to ourselves at all times.
Today's exercise:
Take a few minutes to be completely honest with yourself about the issue that has been troubling you the most. Empower yourself with honesty, and not just what you want to think or hear. Tap into the Divine Spirit within you and hear your truth even if it is difficult. The key to liberation of the Spirit is not always what we think we want or need, but what the Universe knows we are in need of. Today's Power Word asks you to step back away from yourself and the drama of your life, and look at your situation objectively.
