Belief:

What we believe is what we create.  When we repeatedly tell ourselves that we are unworthy, unable to achieve our dreams, etc. we establish this as a belief system and it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.  It is difficult to break old habits & beliefs, but it is a necessary step to achieve our fullest potential.  Remember the phrase that says if you believe it you can achieve it.

Today's Exercise:  Make a list of 5 things you would like to achieve.  Next to each one write down what you feel the obstacles are to the attainment of that goal.  Make a commitment to work on reversing the belief systems you have set up that keep you from achieving your goals.  Make positive affirmations that reinforce your new "can do"  belief system.
