Charity:

Today's Power word asks us to reach into our hearts.  True charity is not about money so much as it is about heart.  True charity is given out of love for humanity and the Universe, not out of our need to feel good about ourselves.  When we feel our connection to all that is, our bond with the Earth and all her people & creatures, we have enabled ourselves to rise above our trials and to be truly charitable.  By giving so to shall we receive, so as you are charitable , the same kindness will come back to you.

Today's exercise:  Do 3 charitable acts today.  Don't expect anything in return.  Remember your connection to all that is, and treat yourself as well as all others with respect and compassion.  Write down what being charitable has taught you.
