Forgiveness:

Today's Power Word is a great test of strength and wisdom.  Remember that in forgiving we release ourselves from the shackles of anger, bitterness, and disappointment.  In this life we will encounter those who will do unkind things, but it is us as individuals who have the power to choose how this will effect us.  Remember that not one of us has ever gone through life without hurting someone.  Liberate yourself from the restraint of holding a grudge or clinging to past hurts.

Today's Exercise: On the top of your page list a person or situation that has hurt you or that you are still hanging onto.  Write down the different feelings that come up.  Tell this person, or situation on paper how this has effected you.  After you have done this make a list of 3 blessings that have come from this situation - three positives that you have taken from it.  Give yourself permission to forgive this person. Bless the situation for what it taught you , then release it and free yourself.
