Body: Temperance is a card of balance and moderation. In regards to healthy it asks you to look at any area where overindulgence may be having a negative effect and bring that area back into balance.

Mind: This is a card of calm, moderation, balance feeling at peace. In this card the Angel balances his cups and their contents it speaks of emotional reprieve and feeling on an even keel again. Now is a time to look at any areas in your life that may feel off balance and work to bring moderation and harmony back to these areas. This card speaks of balance between opposites, like balance between career/personal time things of this nature.

Spirit: Temperance speaks of learning to balance your spiritual/soul needs with the demands of your daily world. Even a few minutes a day of quiet contemplation or meditation can help establish/reaffirm your spiritual connection and restore balance. Take time for nourishing your soul each day.
